ABOUT THE BEANS
This natural-processed Tabi is grown at 1620M above sea level and handled with serious precision. The extended fermentation and slow drying bring out layers of tropical fruit, floral aromatics and that soft panela sweetness. It’s vibrant, expressive and rewards a slower brew method.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Linarco comes from a coffee-growing family and has turned El Diviso into a quality-driven project rooted in collaboration. The whole Rodriguez family is involved, sharing knowledge, tradition and a real pride in what they produce. It’s coffee shaped by family, innovation and a genuine love for the craft.
ABOUT THE ROASTER
Jayne and Juan’s coffee story starts generations back, when Juan’s grandfather won a mountain in Medellin, Colombia in a card game and the family began growing coffee there. Years later, a life-changing cup in Chiapas, Mexico inspired them to leave their jobs and start their own roastery in South East London. Now they source and roast beautiful speciality coffees with loads of flavour, always respecting the farmers behind the beans. For them, coffee is about joy, community and sharing something they truly love.
More About Linarco Rodriguez
Natural (or dry process) coffee is made by drying the beans inside the whole coffee cherry.
After harvesting, the cherries are laid out to dry in the sun. As they dry, the fruit ferments around the bean, infusing it with sugars and flavour before being removed.
What to expect in the cup:
Sweet, fruity flavours, often berry or tropical, with a heavier body and more intensity.
In short:
Bold, juicy, and fruit-forward.
