ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Spinning Top is produced by Fernando and Alejandra García in Huila, Colombia. After being displaced by conflict, Fernando rebuilt his life through coffee, establishing a sustainable farm focused on quality and resilience. Together, the couple cultivate distinctive varietals such as Tabi, alongside other crops, with Alejandra overseeing daily farm operations. Their thoughtful approach to farming and commitment to diversity result in coffees that are expressive, balanced and true to their origin.

This coffee is roasted by Elsewhere in Deptford, South East London. Since 2019, their small team has focused on sourcing vibrant, characterful coffees and roasting them to be approachable, balanced, and full of flavour.
More About Spinning Top
Washed (or wet) process coffee is made by removing the fruit from the coffee cherry before the beans are dried.
After harvesting, the cherries are pulped, fermented in water to remove any remaining fruit, then washed and dried. This method produces a cleaner, brighter cup that highlights the coffee’s natural characteristics.
