ABOUT THE BEANS
Grown in the Chiapas Highlands of Mexico, these shade-grown beans develop layered sweetness and bright citrus acidity. Expect notes of stroopwafel, honeyed richness, and orange, shaped by biodiverse, traditional farming methods.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Produced by Indigenous Tzeltal women from Los Altos de Chiapas, this coffee reflects generations of agroecological tradition. Farming in milpa systems and selling under their own names, these women champion biodiversity, resilience, and community empowerment.
ABOUT THE ROASTER
This coffee is roasted by Elsewhere in Deptford, South East London. Since 2019, their small team has focused on sourcing vibrant, characterful coffees and roasting them to be approachable, balanced, and full of flavour.
More About Enchanter
Washed coffee (also known as wet process) is a method where the fruit is removed from the coffee cherry before the beans are dried.
After harvesting, the cherries are pulped, fermented in water to break down any remaining fruit, then washed and dried. This process highlights the true character of the coffee.
What to expect in the cup:
Clean, bright flavours with crisp acidity—often citrusy or floral, with a lighter body.
In short:
Clear, crisp, and balanced.
