A 50/50 blend of Colombian EA decaf and anaerobically processed coffee from Yunnan, China. The Colombian component brings soft, fruit-driven sweetness, while the Yunnan lot adds body and chocolate depth. Expect notes of jellybeans, chocolate liqueur, and a rounded, sweet finish — a full coffee experience with half the caffeine.

About the Producer

The Colombian portion is produced by Jairo Arcila, a third-generation farmer known for expressive, fruit-forward coffees. The Yunnan component comes from Yirong Estate in Puer, where high-altitude growing conditions, selective harvesting, and meticulous processing contribute to consistent quality. The estate focuses on sustainable practices using natural fertilisers and careful drying methods.

This coffee combines two distinctive processing methods. Anaerobic Natural processing ferments the coffee cherries in a low-oxygen environment, enhancing sweetness, fruitiness, and complexity. EA Decaf uses a natural sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate process to remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s flavour and character.

By combining both, you get a cup that’s vibrant, sweet, and full of character—without the caffeine.
