Grown at 1600-1850m in the highlands of Papua New Guinea, combining coffees from Simbu Province and the Eastern Highlands. Limestone and volcanic soils bring balance and depth, resulting in a smooth, well-rounded cup. Decaffeinated using the natural Sugarcane (EA) method — all the flavour, none of the buzz.

Grown by various smallholder farmers across Papua New Guinea who have refined their craft over generations. Only the ripest cherries are hand-picked and sun-dried at origin, then carefully milled and sorted to maintain quality. The beans remain in the cool highland climate until export, preserving their character and ensuring a clean, consistent cup.

Roasted by Elsewhere in Deptford, South East London. Since 2019, their small team has focused on sourcing vibrant, characterful coffees and roasting them to be approachable, balanced, and full of flavour.
