Grown at 1850m in Huila, one of the most celebrated coffee regions in Colombia. The Chiroso variety is known for vibrant character and expressive clarity. Processed using a clean washed method, letting the quality of the bean and the altitude do the talking. Expect bright rosehip, delicate elderflower florals, and a soft lingering sweetness of panela.

Fernando and Alejandra Garcia have built something quietly remarkable in Huila. Fernando is a social activist whose work has supported local communities opposing dam projects that threatened their land. On the farm, they have developed a resilient model built around crop diversification — growing fruit alongside coffee to strengthen long-term stability.

Roasted by Elsewhere in Deptford, South East London. Since 2019, their small team has focused on sourcing vibrant, characterful coffees and roasting them to be approachable, balanced, and full of flavour.
