Grown in Gitesi, Karongi, on the shores of Lake Kivu, this washed Red Bourbon lot benefits from high altitude, rich soils, and meticulous processing. Produced by Alexis and Aimé Gahizi at the Gitesi Washing Station, the coffee reflects both precision and care at every stage.

In the cup, expect a delicate, Darjeeling tea-like profile layered with raspberry sweetness and smooth milk chocolate. The body is soft and creamy, with a clean finish that makes it an easy, moreish daily drink.
